Harvey Cash started his aviation career in 1988 as a Specialist aboard an OV-1 Mohawk in the United States Army.  In 1996 he began his civilian aviation career, eventually earning a Commercial Multi-Engine Pilot license, a Flight Instructor license, and an A&P maintenance license.

In 2001, Harvey Cash entered the Component Overhaul industry.  His background and excellent skills in troubleshooting, engineering and aviation maintenance have allowed him to serve in positions of Director of Maintenance and Chief Inspector, as well as administrative and executive positions.

Robert (Bob) James started his aviation career in 1970. He served twenty-six years in the United States Army working on helicopters, serving two-and-a-half tours in Vietnam, two years in Korea, fifteen years in the 101st Airborne Division and finally, four years at the U.S. Army Aviation School as an instructor.

After completing his Army career, Bob James started a second career as a Customer Support Representative for a Helicopter OEM and has traveled all over the world supporting helicopter customers. Currently, he holds an FAA issued A&P mechanics license, Level 1 NDI certification, and has attended 20-plus helicopter schools accumulating many awards and citations for his outstanding work.
